1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Bunny Agency LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

creatortraffic provides management services for adult content creators, including but not limited to:

• Account management on Fansly, Fancentro, and other adult content platforms
• Content optimization and repurposing
• Customer service and chat management
• Traffic generation through internal networks
• 24/7 support and account monitoring

3. Commission Structure

Our commission rates are based on the size and performance of your existing profiles:

• New Creators (0-1,000 followers): 70-80% commission
• Established Creators (1,000-10,000 followers): 50-70% commission
• Large Creators (10,000+ followers): 35-50% commission
• Final commission rates are determined during the onboarding process

4. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator using our services, you agree to:

• Verify your accounts on all platforms we manage
• Provide high-quality content for repurposing
• Maintain compliance with platform terms of service
• Provide accurate information during onboarding
• Respond to verification requests in a timely manner
• Maintain the confidentiality of account access information

5. Content Usage Rights

By providing content to us, you grant creatortraffic:

• Non-exclusive rights to use, modify, and distribute your content
• Rights to optimize content for different platforms
• Rights to create derivative works for marketing purposes
• Rights to use content for internal training and improvement

You retain full ownership of your original content and can terminate these rights at any time.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Commissions are calculated and paid monthly
• Minimum payout threshold: $100
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods
• Payment processing time: 5-10 business days
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes

7. Guarantee and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don't earn at least $500 in your first month, we will refund 100% of our commission. This guarantee applies only to new clients and does not cover external factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• We will cease all management activities
• You will receive final payment within 30 days
• All account access will be revoked
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, including but not limited to earnings, strategies, and personal information. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, creatortraffic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all platform terms of service, including Fansly, Fancentro, OnlyFans, and any other platforms we manage. We will not be liable for account suspensions or terminations due to platform policy violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
